People I've trained...
People keep asking which sports I specialise in and who I have worked with in the past. The answer is that I don't really specialise in a particular sport. Almost every sport will benefit from an improvement in strength or power or speed. I use the experience that I have gained from working with a range of sports to help with each new sport that I get involved with.
Below is a list of some of the athletes and sports that I have worked with, some more comprehensively than others. Please feel free to email me if you have any queries regarding them.
